Leading model and talent agency in Dallas looking to hire an office coordinator/receptionist.
Exceptional communication skills are required. We are in search for someone with very high energy and who is extremely personable.
Job duties include:
- Answering multi-line phone system
- Data entry
- General office duties
- Scheduling meetings, etc.
- Detail oriented a MUST.
- Must have experience with and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (outlook, word, excel).
Position requires a high level of responsibility, taking initiative and thick skin.
Must be a people person who is comfortable with busy environment.
Looking to hire immediately. This is an entry level position; 1 year minimum office experience (or equivalent) preferred.
